Princess Anne jetted to Australia for a whirlwind royal tour with her husband Vice Admiral Sir Tim Laurence in April 2022, touching down in Sydney for a three-day visit.

This was a working trip with no big entourage, no media rota, no fuss as The Princess Royal, who is patron of the Royal Agricultural Society of the Commonwealth helped to celebrate its bicentenary.

From her cute moments with local children, to her interactions with Indigenous elders, photos from the tour captured Princess Anne at her best, proving just why Australia loves her so.
