Princes Sofia of Sweden is one doting mother right now as she settles into her life as a mother of three.

After welcoming a baby son, Julian this week, the Swedish royal has been nesting with her family of five – and the pictures prove just how much love she, and they all have for each other.

Taking to their Instagram page, Sofia and her husband Prince Carl Philip shared two gorgeous photos of their three sons – Prince Alexander, four, and Prince Gabriel, three and little Julian.

In a second image, Carl joins his boys.

In the sweet caption, Sofia herself wrote: “Life has given me not just one but four beautiful Princes.”

“A heartfelt thank you from us for all the warm congratulations in connection with Julian’s birth.”

The young royals look so excited to see their new little brother – in the second image, Prince Alexander cuddles Julian close.

The three royal sons have a unique lineage in that Julian is the only one to not have an HRH title.

The formality came into play in 2019 when the King of Sweden made sweeping changes to the lines to the throne – Sofia and Carls sons were the most poignantly affected by the change.

The adorable second image showed the boys embracing their new little brother.

As the vaccine rolls out across Europe, it’s likely the family will soon commence outdoor public engagements – though no sooner than the remainder of Sofia’s maternity leave.

We can’t wait to see more cute moments from the family!
