Woman’s Day can exclusively reveal that Princess Mary has been blindsided by the women she once turned to for friendship and support
as former best friend Caroline Fleming and Mary’s own sister-
in-law Princess Marie proclaim their friendship on social media.

Earlier this year, Mary, 45,
was reportedly told to distance herself from Caroline, amid claims the model and reality
TV star’s “party lifestyle” isn’t becoming of a friend of the future queen of Denmark.

Now Mary’s heartbroken
as the two women show off
their newfound bestie status.

Caroline, 41, shared a photo of the pair on Instagram last month, gushing about how inseparable they have become, saying, “Friendship… incredibly proud of you, my heart is filled with love and inspiration…”
and more.

With Marie commenting, “It was my pleasure dear Caroline and I really wish you all the best with your very exciting life and your amazing cook book coming out soon! #cookyourselfhappy”

Marie and Caroline have known each other for years, but insiders claim this recent move is an attempt to make Mary jealous.

It comes just months after Woman’s Day revealed Mary and 41-year-old Marie, the second wife of Prince Frederik’s brother Prince Joachim, are no longer close.
