Now at 23, Jazmin Grace Grimaldi is going public for the first time in an interview with US Harper’s Bazaar as she speaks out about her new siblings and growing up as the illegitimate child of a powerful monarch.
Seven months ago, Prince Albert and his wife Princess Charlene welcomed twins Jacques and Gabriella into the world and Jazmin is very much looking forward to forming a bond with them.
“I can’t wait to be a sister to them and watch them grow up,” Jazmin revealed about her half siblings before adding: “They have these beautiful, big blue eyes – and they are both already so well behaved!”
The 23-year-old’s first ever interview took place within the stunning walls of the Palace in Monaco where she was spending time bonding with her dad, a trip she first made at the tender age of 11 to meet the Prince.
“I wanted that moment to connect with my father, to get to know him, and to have him get to know me,” she said.
Before revealing: “Not having had that figure around, I missed that. It’s wonderful that it happened when it did, and we’ve been enjoying a great relationship ever since.”

“This is my first interview, my first time going public. It’s delicate, but I think I’m ready to step out and share my story a little bit further,” the New York native explained.
The blonde beauty then lifted the lid on how she felt when Albert, 57, finally confirmed her was her father back in 2006.
“I was 14, getting ready to go to high school, when it hit the media that my father had a daughter, and it was me,” Jazmin described, before admitting: “It’s a difficult time for any young adult, and it was an adjustment to have that attention. But I knew it was going to come someday.”
Jazmin, whose mother is Tamara Rotolo had a three week fling with the Prince during a holiday to the French Riviera in 1991, isn’t the only child of Prince Albert.
In 2003 he welcomed son Alexandre Coste with Nicole Cost, however due to the fact the they were both born out of wedlock, they’ll never be an heir to the Monaco throne, or have any royal title.
Not only is the stunning Jazmin the daughter of a Prince, she’s also the granddaughter of Hollywood-legend-turned-royalty, Grace Kelly and it seems they share the same passion for the arts.
“One of my first and fondest memories involving my grandmother was watching High Society,” she said.
“It was the first time I realized we had a connection. I’m passionate about acting, singing, and dancing. It was a real goose-bumps moment for me.”
