Kate has revealed that she wants Prince George and Princess Charlotte to join the Scouts and Rainbows when they’re old enough.

They’re arguably the most famous toddlers in the world, but aside from
the occasional insight from their parents the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, little is known about Prince George and his sister Princess Charlotte.

But now a royal insider tells Woman’s Day exactly what the inseparable duo are really like, revealing that Wills and Kate’s kids are the most content royal tots the palace has ever seen!

“George and Charlotte have
to be the happiest royals in British history.”

“They’ve got everything any child could ever want and – unusually for the Windsors – they’ve got two parents who completely and utterly dote on them,” the palace insider reveals.

“The royals have traditionally made very standoffish parents,” they tell us exclusively.

“In the case of George and Charlotte, however, they always come first. As far as Wills and Kate are concerned, there are
no exceptions to the rule!”

According to our palace source, three-year-old George
is by far the cheekier of the pair, and he really gives Wills and Kate, both 34, the run-around.

Charlotte is very “chatty.”

William himself admitted last month that George can be a bit of a whirlwind.

“George is a right little rascal sometimes,” the prince admitted, before adding the pre-schooler is “a sweet boy” nonetheless.

In contrast to her big brother, Charlotte is very well-behaved – but that doesn’t mean she’s lacking confidence.

In fact, the princess, 20 months, often leads the way when she and George are mixing with other kids.

Kate describes her daughter as “very chatty,” and says she loves having play dates.
