While we may never be royal we can certainly live vicariously through them in these splendid snaps!
And yet again it was another jam-packed week of glamorous events, touching tributes and constant reminders about why we love them so much.
Whether it is Duchess Catherine cutting a stylish figure, Her Majesty being inspiring or Prince Harry being handsome, we can’t get enough of the royal family.

All aboard the Elizabeth Line! Her Majesty beamed with pride as she revealed the latest route in London’s extensive rail system has been named after her.
The Crossrail, which will span from the east to the west of the nation’s capital city, is still under construction. But that didn’t stop the 89-year-old from coordinating her coat and hat with the purple colour of the new line!
“Queen Elizabeth has given extraordinary service to this country over and unprecedented period and it is entirely right that she should be honored with a living tribute that will last for decades,” London Mayor Boris Johnson explained.
Duchess Catherine paid a visit to the Anna Freud Centre’s Christmas bash in Islington, North London where she was met with scores of adoring children.
Rocking royal! Catherine sung along to the song We Will Rock You at centre, which offers support to children dealing with mental and behavioral problems – issues very close to the mum-of-two’s heart.
As well as playing the bongos, the future Queen mingled with the kids at the bash while dressed in a stunning (and recycled) Alexander McQueen dress.
Prince Harry made a touching visit to Mildmay Hospital in London’s Shoreditch for it’s 150th anniversary, the HIV centre that his late mother Princess Diana made famous after she was known to make private visits to the patients late at night without any cameras.
Just like his mum, Prince Harry signed the visitors book after a conversation he had with a 26-year-old woman born with HIV who told him that she used to be comforted by Princess Di when she was a little girl. “I remember how your mother’s lap was comfortable and I cuddled into her,” she recalled, to which he responded, “I remember that too.”
The 31-year-old royal was gifted with a framed photographs of his late mother taken during her visits to the hospice and a Christmas card.
Although Princess Diana made many official visits to Mildmay hospital, she was best known for making private visits late at night and is considered to be responsible for helping break the taboo around HIV in the late eighties and early nighties.
It’s her Majesty’s most glamorous event of the year, The Annual Diplomatic Reception At Buckingham Palace and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were out in royal force!
Catherine opted to wear one of Princess Diana’s favourite headpieces, the diamond and pearl Cambridge Lover’s Knot tiara.
Catherine arrived with Prince William at the event in a dazzling a chauffeur driven Bentley.
Move over Beckham! Can you bend it like Prince William!? The royal dropped by The Football for Peace, an initiative aimed at bring diverse groups together at Saltley Academy in Birmingham on Monday.
Hands up! The 33-year-old rushed at the opportunity show off his impressive ball skills, taking a penalty kick during his visit.
The many faces of Wills! Rocking his suit and tie, William looked jovial as his kicked the ball.
Wills begged the 13-year-old goalkeeper, Dominik Rynkar, asking him to ‘go easy’ on him. Unfortunately, he missed!
The proud father greeted royal well wishers.
While in Birmingham, William also attended an anti-bullying workshop. He was asked to define what makes him different and, his very direct and honest answer surprised those taking part. The second in line to the throne wrote: “I Am A Prince” as he took part in the event run by the charity named after his late mother, the Diana Award.

As Prince Harry wraps up his tour of South Africa, the philanthropic royal took a moment to reflect. The 31-year-old was given a tour of Nelson Mandela’s former offices in Johannesburg, where he was immediately drawn to a picture of his late mother Diana, Princess of Wales with the former leader.
Harry’s late mother met the iconic South African figure in March 1997, just five months before her tragic death. Diana’s youngest was understandably drawn to the image of her mother, no doubt wanting to know about her time in the country.

Harry also looked at other documents and artifacts from the world leader’s life.
Harry was in bright mood after the visit. One onlooker heard the Prince say of the photo of his mum and Nelson, “Happy smiles, big smiles.”
“The Prince was drawn to the picture of his mother, he went straight to it when he walked through the door. He wanted to know when it was taken,” Verne Harris, director of The Nelson Mandela Foundation said.
During his time at the offices, Harry also met with Nelson Mandela’s widow Graca Machel, 70.
The pair fondly exchanged stories about their loved ones during the intimate meeting. Harry described Graca’s husband as “one of those people you want to hug and never let go,” adding, “I was fortunate enough to meet Madiba [as he was respectfully known] a number of years ago, and I have treasured that memory ever since.”
Rubbing shoulders with royalty: Prince Harry met Prince Mtimkulu during his visit to Siyabonga Secondary School. The 31-year-old meet children participating in the Nelson Mandela Champion within program in Soweto.
Prince Jacques and Princess Gabriella, who turn one on December 10, joined parents Prince Albert and Princess Charlene for a climate change march in Monaco at the end of November.
Crown Princess Mary of Denmark attended the Children’s Aid Day. The tennis-inspired event also welcomed special guest, Danish tennis star, Caroline Wozniacki in country’s capital, Copenhagen.
The Aussie native was game, set, match and ready to have a fab time with the Danish youths.
Mary, 43, was all smiles at the event which aims to inspire children to be more physically active in their daily lives.
She’s got spirit! The mother-of-four displayed some serious moves and epic jazz hands. Now that’s what we call a royally cool cheer squad.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visited Wales over the weekend to meet with an organisation tackling youth mental health issues and for a spot of adventure.
Duchess Catherine yet again wooed the crowds as they mingled with the thousands of well-wishers who came out to see the royal couple.
The Duke and Duchess were in high spirits at the GISDA centre in Caernarfon, Wales. A member of the crowd revealed, “She was very interested, very kind and nice. I was telling them that GISDA young parent group has supported me with child care and helped build my confidence and has got me socialising more.”
The duo also went abseiling at The Towers Residential Outdoor Education Centre.
“William – how much do you love me?” Catherine shouted as she help William’s rope, “I’ve got you” she laughed.
“I’m quite enjoying this actually. For once I’m in control,” Duchess Catherine quipped as she descended down the wall.
Prince Albert and Princess Charlene’s twins, Jacques and Gabriella take centre stage for Monaco’s National Day celebrations.
The 11-month-old siblings stole the show as they were held by their proud parents on the balcony of the royal palace.
Prince Jacques and Princess Gabriella, were born on 10 December of last year and have grown so much in the past year! “They are beginning to take their first steps and trying to say little bits of words. They really want to express themselves and I speak to them in French. In everyday life, they are very playful and curious,” Proud papa, Prince Albert told Monaco Matin.
These royal tots certainly know how to delight a crowd as Charlene gives her little one a kiss.
The Queen led the Remembrance Sunday service at the at the Cenotaph memorial in London over the weekend.
The Duchess of Cambridge was also in attendance for the commemorations, which honoured soldiers of World War I, II and beyond.
