Queen’s iconic outfits go on display

You’ll get to see 150 of Her Majesty’s prized pieces up close!

The most iconic pieces in the Queen’s closet will go on display this month as part of an exhibition called ‘Fashioning a Reign: 90 Years of Style from the Queen’s Wardrobe’.

The collection includes 150 outfits from childhood to present day – like her official military uniform, dresses made for her wedding, and her famous hats.

The exhibition will spread across her three official residences, Buckingham Palace, Windsor House, and the Palace of Holyrood House, from July 23 to October 2.

The Queen wore this evening gown in 1967 on a visit to Ottawa to mark the centennial celebrations of the Confederation of Canada.
