It’s also important to note, with Kate and Wills’ past two children we would have all been told the name by now.

In 2013, the couple announced their first-born son was called Prince George Alexander Louis of Cambridge on July 24th at 7pm – two days after his birth.

In 2015, they revealed their daughter had been dubbed Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana of Cambridge once again two days after her May 2nd arrival at 4pm.

Well, because the Royal Family didn’t want the name announcement to overshadow ANZAC Day commemorations.

Indeed, senior members of the firm were out in full force to mark the important day of remembrance with Prince Harry, Meghan Markle and Prince William attending the Anzac Day Service of Commemoration and Thanksgiving at Westminster Abbey on Wednesday.

Meghan and Harry also kicked off the day with a dawn service earlier that morning.

While Prince Charles attended a remembrance service to mark the centenary of the Battle of Villers-Bretonneux in Villers-Bretonneux, north-western France.

Looking at the Kensington Palace and Royal Family social media handles and it’s easy to see they wanted to dedicate that day to remembering the diggers, with a flurry of thoughtful and curated tweets shared online.

The new parents of three could also want to wait for Prince Charles to return to London from France so they can celebrate the exciting name reveal with him.

It’s believed Prince William and Duchess Catherine will first share their newborn’s name with The Queen, before announcing it in a public capacity.

Although technically they no longer need to do this, the couple are reportedly keen to stick to this tradition.

No matter what name they end up picking one thing is for sure, they will most definitely opt for a classic choice, drenched in history that compliments George and Charlotte.

It’s believed the Cambridges will unveil their third child’s name on Thursday, April 26th.

So, when will the Royal Baby name be finally be announced?

Our money would be on Thursday, April 26th during the UK morning.
