On October 12 2018, Princess Eugenie married her very own Prince Charming, Jack Brooksbank.

And if you thought that the candid moments from their big day were romantic, then the official royal wedding photographs taken after the ceremony will blow you away.

Surrounded by their adorable bridal party at Windsor Castle, the happy couple were also joined by their parents, siblings and of course, Her Majesty the Queen and Prince Phillip.

The photos were captured by British fashion and portrait photographer Alex Bramall, who photographed the princess when she appeared in Harper’s Bazaar US in 2016.

And the youngest royals were in fine form. Prince George and Princess Charlotte, who are well-practised as pageboy and bridesmaid respectively, looked as cute as ever along with Mia Tindall, daughter of Zara and Mike Tindall, Maude Windsor, Louis de Givenchy and Teddy Williams, daughter of rocker Robbie Williams and Ayda Field.

Standing next to her new husband, Princess Eugenie glows in her designer gown by Peter Piloto and Christopher de Vos and surrounded by her beloved dad, Prince Andrew, mum Sarah Ferguson and big sister and maid of honour, Princess Beatrice.

The photograph is momentous for many reasons, including the fact that after 26 years, this is the first picture that “Fergie” and her ex father-in-law had not only been photographed together, but happily next to each other!

The Brooksbanks looked equally delighted- Jack’s younger brother stood nearby while proud parents George and Nicola Brooksbank looked delighted.

Story continues after the photos.

A final photo was released of the couple pictured at Royal Lodge, Windsor ahead of the private dinner, following their Wedding.

According to the Instagram post: “Princess Eugenie’s evening dress was designed by Zac Posen, who was inspired by the beauty of Windsor and the surrounding countryside. The White Rose of York is subtly embroidered on both the shoulder and back which hold together the cape.”

“Princess Eugenie is wearing diamond and emerald drop earrings which were a wedding gift from the Groom. Princess Eugenie also wears a hair slide belonging to Her Majesty The Queen.”

The wedding of Princess Eugenie was a momentous occasion as there is some well-known tension on the bride’s side of the family.

Eugenie’s mother, Sarah Ferguson has clashed with Prince Philip ever since her divorce from Prince Andrew and it’s been 26 years since she and her former father-in-law were last pictured together.

After the Duke and Duchess of York separated in 1992, photos of Sarah sunbathing topless were published by a red-top newspaper in 1992 and since then, Prince Philip has

The Duke of Edinburgh, 97, attended Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan’s wedding in May but both he and the Queen were notably absent from Prince Louis’s christening in July.

As nothing the royals do is ever coincidental, it’s a big surprise that Prince Philip and Sarah Ferguson are positioned so close to one another.

It was just a few months ago that the Duke and Duchess had their official wedding photographs taken in the Green Drawing Room at Windsor Castle.
