Princess Eugenie has a seriously idyllic family life. After seven years of dating, royal fans were delighted in 2018 when Princess Eugenie and her longtime love Jack Brooksbank got engaged.
The two were married on October 12, 2018 – just months after Eugenie’s cousin Prince Harry and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, tied the knot – and in February 2021, two became three when they welcomed their son August Philip Hawke Brooksbank.
Taking to her personal Instagram account, the youngest daughter of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson shared a black and white photo of their newborn’s tiny hand to announce their baby’s birth but it wasn’t until over a week later that they shared the first official picture and the name they’d settled on.
“We wanted to introduce you to August Philip Hawke Brooksbank.. 💙💙💙,” she captioned the first family photo, taken by their “wonderful midwife”.
“Thank you for so many wonderful messages. Our hearts are full of love for this little human, words can’t express. We are excited to be able to share these photos with you.”
But the trio has now become four! Princess Eugenie took to Instagram in June 2023 to announce the birth of her and Jack’s second child.
“Jack and I wanted to share the news that we had our little boy, Ernest George Ronnie Brooksbank on 30th May 2023 at 8.49 weighing 7.1lbs,” she wrote.
“He is named after his great great great Grandfather George, his Grandpa George and my Grandpa Ronald. Augie is loving being a big brother already.”
