If you thought yesterday’s arrival was show-stopping, day two of the royal tour saw Wills and Kate jet to Vancouver in a sea plane.

It may have been an overcast and wet morning, but there was no dampening the locals’ spirits as they cheered for the British royals.

The Duchess of Cambridge turned heads in a stunning Alexander McQueen dress, which was inspired by the colours of the Canadian flag.

The red and white ensemble featured a high neck and a flirty hemline, she finished off her look with flowing tresses and a stylish red pump.

Three-month-old Jasmine Hydrochuk stole their hearts.

The gown, which is by the same designer that created her iconic 2011 wedding dress, is believed to cost around £4,000 (over $AUD6,800).

Prince George and Princess Charlotte were left in the care of their nanny, Maria Borrallo, back at Government House in Victoria, which will serve as the family’s base.

After meeting with locals outside, they then headed to Sheway – a pregnancy support program which provides health services to women with children under 18 months old who are suffering from drug and alcohol problems.

At the pregnancy centre, the mother-of-two met with a charming five-year-old girl called Hailey Cain.

“I love your dress, it’s so pretty,” Catherine told her. Hailey then gifted the duo two teddy bears.

“Thank you so much, Charlotte will love this, she loves her teddies,” a grateful Catherine remarked.

William and Catherine shared several stories about their own children.

“George too, he’s a big fan, thank you so much. You’re all such well-behaved children,” William added.

They also watched on as three-month-old Jasmine Hydrochuk was weighed on the scales by a doctor.

“Look at you, all dressed up. Aren’t you doing well, with all this attention,” a charmed William said.

“She is so incredibly sweet and I can’t believe how good she is. Whenever we used to put George or Charlotte on the scales, they would never stay still,” Catherine explained to Jasmine’s mother.

Later, they paid a visit to the Immigrant Services Society, a charity which give support to refugees, women, children and young people.

The pair left George and Charlotte back in Victoria under the supervision of their nanny.

There was no signs of jet lag!
