Prince Harry is known to be chummy with a lot of members from the royal family, but there’s one friendship he has with a very prominent royal that we just don’t see enough of – Duchess Catherine.

Since Prince Harry married Duchess Meghan, the pair have understandably paved their own path, eventually creating a separate house from Prince William and Kate.

And while it’s an entirely justified move as Harry and Meghan prepare to become first-time parents, we couldn’t help but feel a little disappointed that we aren’t seeing as much of the Fab Four together.

Well, until now. In a surprise move, Prince Harry and Duchess Catherine have stepped out together without their partners, and it was like we were right back to the good old days!

As part of the Anzac Day commemorations on April 25, Kate and Harry attended a special service held at Westminster Abbey, where they were seen entering together deep in a humorous conversation.

At one point, Catherine visibly laughs out loud while Harry looks as though he’s just shared a corker joke – too cute!

We were lucky we did see the moment, as the chances of the pair entering an event such as this together are very slim due to some strict royal protocol.

In the past, the order of arrivals have related back to their rank to the throne. So Harry and Meghan would usually arrive before William and Kate.

However, given William and Meghan’s absence, Harry and Kate entered together – the best kind of surprise!

Finally! We were treated to an amicable display between the pair. (Image: Getty)

Kate looked stunning in a teal-coloured wool coat, designed by one of her personal favourites, Catherine Walker.

She paired the chic coat with a matching hat with feathered detailing, designed by Rosie Olivia.

The British milliner was thrilled to see Kate wearing one of her designs, telling People, “I feel so honored that Kate likes my work and that she wanted to wear one of my creations.”

Prince Harry meanwhile, looked dapper in a navy blue suit, adorned with war medals and a poignant red poppy.

The flame-haired royal will do doubt be a little bit nervous at the moment, as his wife Meghan is due to give birth any day now.

So soon is Meghan’s baby expected, that Prince Harry’s name was actually left off the order of service, perhaps a telling clue that he might have been otherwise engaged with the birth of his new baby!

Harry and Kate weren’t the only royals to step out for Anzac Day. Prince William flew all the way to New Zealand where he attended a moving service at Auckland’s War Memorial Museum.

The Prince then travelled down to Christchurch, where he met with survivors of the shocking terrorist attack that took place in the city on March 15.

In a beautiful moment caught on camera, Prince William was seen speaking to a young girl named Alen who had only just woken from a coma after being injured in the attacks.

Asking him if he had a daughter, Prince William told the young five-year-old, “Do I have a daughter, yes, she’s called Charlotte,” before adding, “She’s about the same age as you.”

The video was shared by Kensington Palace on Instagram, along with a beautiful picture of William speaking to the young girl while Kiwi Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern looked on wearing a hijab.

The beautiful moment (which you can watch in the video below) is sure to be remembered by the royal, and his fan base for a while to come.
