This 1950s picture reveals Prince Harry’s surprising royal twin!

A vintage royal cover of Paris Match in 1957 bears an uncanny resemblance to Prince Harry.

Whoa, twins much!

Their similarities are hard to see now because of the decades between them but Prince Harry actually looks a lot like his grandfather Prince Philip – and this Paris Match in 1957 proves it.

The striking shot was taken when the Duke of Edinburgh would have been about 36 years of age and there’s little doubt that his ginger beard and blue eyes bear a tremendous resemblance to his 32-year-old grandson Harry.

Don’t they look-alike!

And it’s not just their looks that make them similar.

Just last week A.M. Wilson, a biographer who recently wrote a book about the Queen, revealed that Her Majesty’s advisors urged her to look elsewhere for a husband because Prince Philip’s cheeky sense of humour might cause some occasional hiccups in protocol. Thankfully she ignored the advice and now we know another royal whose wicked sense of humour can land him in hot water at times.

Like Grandfather, like Grandson: Harry and Philip share a cheeky grin.

Both grandfather and grandson also share an intense passion for their national duty – Prince Harry served in the Army for 10 years and was deployed twice to Afghanistan while decades earlier Prince Philip was in the royal navy and served during WWII.

Prince Harry and Prince Philip served in the armed forces.

And these photos of Harry and his nephew, Prince George might prove that the royal family’s adorable cheeky trait hasn’t been lost but only time will tell if he’s inherited the same grown-up good looks as his grandpa.

Prince Harry and Prince George seem to have both been cheeky toddlers.
