Prince William and Duchess Catherine gave the world their very first glimpse of their third child — a darling baby boy! — just seven hours after his birth. And now it’s time for those closest to the new royal family-of-five to have their chance at a cuddle with the tiny prince.

Pippa Middleton — Kate’s younger sister, who is reportedly expecting her first child with husband James Matthews — arrived at Kensington Palace to meet her new nephew on Tuesday.

Wearing a pastel pink coat and a coordinating oversized pink turtleneck for the sweet first meeting, the 34-year-old was pictured driving away from Apartment 1A — the home where the new royal baby will grow up alongside his older siblings Princess Charlotte and Prince George.

She spent around two hours with the newborn baby, who is fifth-in-line to the throne.

Princess Eugenie of York was later spotted in a chauffeured car as she made her way to welcome her first cousin once removed into the family. In photos published by the Daily Mail, the 28-year-old royal can be seen wearing a turquoise patterned blouse for the tiny meet-and-greet.

Prince Charles is also expected to check-in on his new grandson after he returns from Anzac Day commemorations in France on Wednesday.

However, the 69-year-old royal has already expressed his “great joy” over his newborn grandchild in an incredibly sweet statement released by Clarence House.

On behalf of himself and his wife the Duchess of Cornwall, the Prince of Wales said, “We are both so pleased at the news. It is a great joy to have another grandchild, the only trouble is I don’t know how I am going to keep up with them.”

Uncle Prince Harry and Aunt-to-be Meghan Markle will no doubt also drop in on the tiny royal tot. The couple are neighbours of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge at Kensington Palace, living in Nottingham Cottage in the grounds of the royal residence.

Meghan and Harry previously said they were “delighted” by the happy baby news.

On Monday, April 23rd, the Duke and the Duchess of Cambridge took to the stairs of the Lindo Wing at St Mary’s Hospital in Paddington, London to officially introduce the world to their third child.

In scenes reminiscent of Prince George and Princess Charlotte’s birth only a few years prior, the proud new parents of three lovingly cradled their newborn while the global media watched on.

Despite having just given birth, Duchess Catherine looked flawless in a red dress with a white collar (strikingly similar to the dress Princess Diana wore after giving birth to Prince Harry) by Jenny Packham. Her go-to stylist, Natasha Archer, was presumably behind the ensemble as she was spotted leaving the prestigious hospital just one hour before the royal gave birth.

The beloved royal pulled the look together with a pair of nude pumps (yep, just hours after birth!), her trademark blow-dry and natural makeup.

There he is! The royal couple are expected to announce the new arrival’s name imminently.

Would you have a look at those tiny fingers?!

Kate’s post-birth look was reminiscent of the ensemble worn by her late mother-in-law Princess Diana after the birth of Prince Harry.

Meanwhile, the little prince was swaddled in a cream blanket and matching knitted hat. He appeared calm as he was presented to the waiting media and crowds of well-wishers who had gathered outside the hospital to catch a glimpse of the historic moment.

The name of the third child has not yet been announced, however oddsmakers have Arthur as the favourite for the royal tot. Albert, James, Philip, Jack, Thomas, Edward and Alexander are also popular choices.

A huge congratulations again to Prince William and Duchess Catherine on their beautiful baby!
