Princess Diana was one of the most stylish women of our generation, with a stunning collection of jewellery any woman would drool over.
So it's no surprise that her daughter-in-law Meghan Markle loves to pay tribute to the late Princess of Wales by occasionally wearing some of her iconic jewels.
Meghan famously wore Diana's gorgeous aquamarine ring to her wedding reception in May 2018, and she's also worn a pair of Diana's butterfly earrings, as well as a simple gold bracelet.
Plus, the beautiful engagement ring Prince Harry gave to Meghan when he proposed features two diamond stones from Diana's personal collection.
But these little nods to the People's Princess are set to become a thing of the past, with the Queen reportedly BANNING Meghan from ever wearing another a piece of Diana's jewellery.
According to a new report in The Sun, the Queen is not happy with some of Meghan's recent behaviour and has decided to come down hard on the newest royal family member.
So she's decided to stop loaning her pieces of jewellery from the official Royal Collection, which is one of the largest and most impressive jewellery collections in the world.
"It is at the discretion of the Queen and trusted advisers which items in the Royal Collection she chooses to loan out and to whom," a royal insider told The Sun.
"Aspects of Meghan's behaviour, including before the royal wedding, caused resentment with forces within Buckingham Palace.
"To be perfectly honest, the Queen herself was not impressed with some of Meghan's demands, especially as a new member of the family.
"As a result, Buckingham Palace has decided that not all items from the Queen's royal collection will be opened up to Meghan.
"As part of that situation, the Queen informed Prince William that the items from the royal collection worn by Princess Diana would not immediately be made available to Meghan."
Another senior royal insider also confirmed the reports.
"It is true that Buckingham Palace did not want all the items in the royal collection to be opened up to Meghan at this time," the second source said.
"Obviously Kate as the next Princess of Wales and a senior member of the family does have them made available to her.
"That's not to say items won't be loaned to Meghan in the future if situations change."
The senior royal source said that Kate Middleton will still be allowed access to Diana's jewellery, as she is technically ranked higher than Meghan.
As the future Queen of England, Kate has a bit more freedom than Meghan.
"The Queen likes Meghan personally but this is about the hierarchy," the source told The Sun.
"She is showing that maintaining the correct order and precedence within the family is important.
"Even if Meghan is the most popular woman in the world, she is of a lower rank than Kate."

This new news comes following reports that Prince Charles refused Meghan's request to wear a tiara to a red carpet event in Fiji last year.
In an awkward turn of events, Duchess Kate was photographed on the exact same day, wearing a gorgeous tiara borrowed from the Queen to a different fancy event, across the pond in Britain.
