Duchess Meghan and Prince Harry are two of the busiest royals and receive thousands of letters and messages from adoring fans around the world everyday.

But despite their intense schedules, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex still make sure every person who sends them a note receives a formal, personalised thank you message in return.

The royal couple have been inundated with messages of support, perhaps more so than usual, thanks to the many milestones the family have celebrated lately, including their wedding anniversary, the birth of baby Archie and his recent christening.

With presumably thousands of letters to get through, Harry and Meghan have only just got around to sending fans thank you notes for their well wishes.

These excited fans are taking to social media, using the Instagram hashtag #royalreply to showcase the wonderful thank you notes the couple have sent.

And it’s the notes the Duke and Duchess have sent in response to well wishes about Archie’s christening that are just hitting people’s letterboxes.

One fan excitedly shared photos of the letter they received from Kensington Palace on Instagram – and to say we are jealous is a total understatement!

“Message on the back of the postcard from the Sussexs. #royalletter #royalreply,” the fan wrote on Instagram, alongside an image featuring a gorgeous black-and-white photo of Meghan, Harry and Archie at his christening and a beautiful personal note from the royal family.

“The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been overwhelmed by all the incredibly kind cards and letters they have been received on the occasion of Archie’s christening and we are so touched that you took the trouble to write as you did,” the message read.

“It really was most thoughtful of you and greatly appreciate by Their Royal Highnesses who send you their very best wishes.”

It seems there is nothing royal fans love more than receiving a personalised letter from the royal family in the mail.

Australian TV presenter and professional tennis star Dylan Alcott recently shared the hilarious personal note he received from Prince Harry to congratulate him on his TV WEEK Logie win.

The 28-year-old won the Graham Kennedy Award for Most Popular New Talent at the awards in June.

“Pen pals with the Duke of Sussex himself – Prince Harry.. What an absolute legend #dukeandduchessofsussex #princeharry,” Dylan wrote on Instagram, alongside a photo of his letter from Harry.

This is what the letter said:

“Dear Dylan, I wanted to pass on my congratulations for your recent win at Wimbledon and your most popular new talent award!

“Thank you for the special contribution that you made to sharing the stories of wounded, injured and sick servicemen and women on the Invictus Games Today show.

“Your achievements are extraordinary, and the impact you have had in raising awareness and changing perceptions of disability is really inspiring.

“I wish you the very best of luck for the future, on-air and on-court!

“All the best, Harry,” he signed off in his own handwriting.

But it was Harry’s cheeky post script that really made us chuckle.

“PS – I’m wondering if you wore your Invictus Games budgie smugglers on the big night to accept it? Mine have come in handy in this recent UK heatwave!” the Prince joked.
