Look sharp Meghan and Harry – there’s another royal wedding descending on Windsor, and it’s set to be a royally star-studded affair.

As the Sussexes prepare to celebrate one year since their own nuptials took place at St George’s Chapel, there’s now another royal wedding taking place in exactly the same spot, and we can’t wait to see the special guests in attendance.

Tying the knot in another milestone royal event for 2019 is Lady Gabriella Windsor, who will marry her fiance Thomas Kingston in a ceremony held on May 18.

What’s more, the wedding itself includes some very exciting guests – along with her interesting royal family.

We’ve got the full low-down on the extravagant event below.

Who is Lady Gabriella of Windsor?

The blonde beauty is 38-years-old and is the daughter of the Queen’s cousin, Prince Michael of Kent. Her mother, Princess Michael of Kent is also a well known royal.

Along with Gabriella, who is informally known as ‘Ella’, the Kents also have a son – Lord Frederick Windsor -who has two children himself named Maud and Isabella.

The family are not technically working royals, but are often invited to royal events.

In fact, shortly after announcing their engagement in September last year, Gabriella and Thomas attended Princess Eugenie’s wedding.

Who is Thomas Kingston, Gabriella’s husband-to-be?

Thomas Kingston is the director of a capital management company, previously having lived in the Middle East where he worked as a project manager to mediate conflicts, according to the Daily Mail.

The groom has long been associated within the royal fold, being rumoured to have had a relationship with Pippa Middleton in the past – and whether that’s true or not, the pair have remained close, with Pippa expected to be on the guest list for his and Gabriella’s big day!

Which guests will attend Lady Gabriella’s royal wedding?

Among the elite guest list of the day is none other than the Queen herself, whose attendance was confirmed by Buckingham Palace.

The statement from the palace also suggested the Queen would be joined by other members of the royal family – although it’s unclear exactly who they will be.

It seems fitting that Princess Eugenie and her new husband Jack Brooksbank will be on the guest list, given the soon-to-be-wed pair attended the Princess’s nuptials in October 2018.

And as mentioned previously, Pippa Middleton is also likely to attend, as well as her husband James Matthews, to whom she shares a son born in October 2018.

As for Meghan, Harry, Kate and William? Well, it doesn’t seem likely given the two couples have prior commitments on the day.

Prince William is understood to be attending the FA cup final at Wembly, where he will present the trophy to the winners.

Meanwhile Meghan and Harry, who admittedly do live quite close to St George’s Chapel in Windsor, will likely be spending the day with their newborn son Archie, who arrived on May 6.

Where is Gabriella’s royal wedding?

In a full circle moment, Lady Gabriella will marry Thomas in the very same venue that Meghan and Harry wed just under a year ago – St George’s Chapel.

The chapel, located in Windsor Castle, is a renowned royal wedding venue, with Eugenie and Jack also tying the knot there last year.

What wedding dress will Lady Gabriella wear?

While the details around the highly anticipated wedding dress have been kept under wraps, there’s plenty of speculation with evidence that stacks up.

According to Hello!, Gabriella favours designer Giles Deacon, whose creations she has worn a number of times before.

A renowned wedding dress designer, the talented Brit would be a fitting choice from Gabriella given he has designed a number of other high profile wedding dresses over the years – including Pippa Middleton’s!

But whether Gabriella chooses him remains to be seen – watch this space!
