Duchess Kate and William are looking to move in 2017

They’ve made the big decision for the sake of George and Charlotte.
Kate Middleton and Prince William to move to London

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are possibly looking to make London their permanent home next year, with reports the royal couple have put Prince George’s name down at an exclusive school, Wetherby, in the capital city.

The family, who currently reside at the country estate of Anmar Hall in Norfolk, will make Kensington Palace their full-time base in 2017 if the plan goes ahead, with the school located closely near by.

It is the same school Prince William and Prince Harry attended, making it a popular royal choice – and at £6500 (AUD$11,000) a term it really is only for the finest.

It is believed the move is also due to The Queen’s decision to take a step back from some of her duties next year and hand them over to other members of the royal family, particularly William, Kate and Harry.

The Duke and Duchess originally moved to Norfolk in 2014 for privacy reasons.
