The Duchess of Cambridge proved once again she’s the queen of fashion recycling. Kate opted for her navy Zara jacket and skinny jeans at the Commonwealth Games yesterday.
It was a case of déjà vu as the royal has been spotted in the same double breasted jacket quite a few times – she last wore it in New Zealand during the royal tour.
Kate also recycled a beautiful Jenny Packham dress for a wedding in Somerset, England with Prince William on the weekend. The Duchess wore the same frock to a polo match in Santa Barbara for the royal tour of USA and Canada in 2011.
Stylish Kate is famous for donning favourite pieces multiple times and it has won praise from around the world. The Duchess is aware that royals wearing the same frock or jacket twice or even three times is no longer frowned upon.
