Catherine, the Duchess of Cambridge stepped out to visit mental health text line Shout’s headquarters to celebrate the company reaching one million people in need.

The royal style icon attended the important event in a chic outfit that Milan Fashion Week’s heavy hitters would trample over trends to wear.

Dressed in a £355 dress from American fashion label Derek Lam, the Duchess styled it with a black waist belt and statement black knee-high boots.

While she looked flawless from head to toe, one element stood out beyond the rest.

Kate’s gold hoop earrings are affordable pieces from none other than the fashion retailer ASOS Design.

The accessory is still available on their website, and it’s never been easier to recreate the Duchess’ outfits.

The mother-of-three has been wearing more affordable jewellery as of late, and last week wore the Mini Hammered Doorknocker Hoop Earrings from Accessorize, which retailed at £7 (AU$13) and were reduced to £2.10 (AU$3.96).

Of course, due to Catherine’s impact, they were promptly sold out.

She also recently wore £85 earrings from the brand Missoma, which she paired with a recycled limited edition cashmere wool camel coat from Massimo Dutti to visit Clitheroe Community Hospital in North Lancashire.

Fashion moment aside, the Duchess listened closely while talking to clinical supervisors, volunteers, and fundraisers to graciously thank them for their important work that ensures those across the United Kingdom receive mental health support as they need.

Kate was given a live demonstration of the platform and sat with the volunteers to listen to them discuss their experiences and progress in their job.

Mental health is a topic the Duchess is famously passionate about along with her husband, Prince William.

In January 2021, Kate reiterated its importance through a video filmed in her backyard for Children’s Mental Health Week.

“There has never been a more important time to talk about parental wellbeing and mental health too,” she said.

“Find those ways in which to share your thoughts and your feelings or find someone to talk to because we really do need to be the very best versions of ourselves for the children in our care.”
