The 43-year-old Spanish childcare professional was hired less than a month ago by the royals to take care of baby Prince George while his parents embark on their three-week tour of Australia and New Zealand.

Royal staffers disembark the aircraft as they touch down with the Cambridge’s in New Zealand.

As she disembarked the Royal New Zealand Air Force jet, the nanny was in the company of other royal staff including the family’s advisor, Sir David Manning; Williams’s private secretary, Miguel Head; Kate’s private secretary, Rebecca Deacon; as well as the Duchess’s private hairdresser, Amanda Cook Tucker.

Although Ms Borrallo is highly trained – she attended the prestigious Norland College where fees are an estimated $23,000 annually – the world will be watching every move she makes with the young prince.

Kate Middleton cradles Prince George as she steps off the plane in New Zealand with Prince William.

Kate and William are known in private circles for being very hands on parents and in the past have looked to the duchess’s mother, Carole Middleton and William’s childhood nanny, Jessie Webb for extra help.

The Spaniard is thought to be the first foreigner entrusted to take care of a future British monarch.
