Ever since Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan announced that they were expecting, the world has been in a royal baby frenzy.

Arriving in Sydney for their Royal tour down under in October, Kensington Palace (finally) announced that the Duchess was expecting a baby in “Spring” next year (Northern Hemisphere time).

While no other details were delivered (excuse the pun), speculation is already at an all-time high about when she is due – with Sportsbet already opening the bids.

Now, some eagle eye fans have noticed that Meghan has been sporting a new diamond ring and it sits between two other rings that hold her and Harry’s birthstones.

Stepping out at an event for the Invictus Games on Cockatoo Island last week, Meghan wore three new rings by Canadian brand Ecksand.

In the Tweet posted by @duchyofSuccess, it seems the stacked rings represent Meghan’s August birthday – a green peridot stone, Harry’s September birthday – a blue sapphire, and the baby’s speculated April due date – represented by the month’s birthstone. A diamond.

The new “confirmation” comes after the Duchess helped the rumour mill along by accidentally letting slip the due date to one very famous Aussie – Missy Higgins.

During an engagement at Admiralty House, Meghan met with songstress and Aussie darling, Missy Higgins.

With nine-week-old baby Luna in tow, the 37-year-old Duchess offered admiration and praise for The Special Two singer and mother-of-two.

“You look incredible,” she said to Missy, and then referring to the newborn: “She’s so sweet, so cute. Look at her.”

During their short chat, Missy then gave advice to Meghan about impending motherhood.

“Cherish each moment because it goes by so fast. It really does,” she said.

While this all seems very lovely, there was a little detail that we all seemed to miss during their conversation, because according to Missy’s Instagram, Megs is four months pregnant already!

“What an honour to meet the beautiful Duchess today! She was such a sweetheart,” Missy captioned her post. “I said I felt sorry for her having to do all these meet-and-greets while 4 months pregnant! What a trooper. Prince Harry was gorgeous too, a real charmer. He squeezed Luna’s legs and said “who’s this little cutie?” Looking forward to telling Luna she slept through it all one day.”

There has already been speculation surrounding the due date, with HELLO!‘s Royal Editor Emily Nash narrowing it down.

“By my calculations, the baby is due in late April,” Emily explained.

That would mean Baby Sussex would be a year apart in age from cousin Prince Louis, who was born on April 23rd this year.

Speculation about a royal baby has been in the works for months now.

On September 7, the Duke and Duchess stepped out at a 100 Days to Peace gala in Westminster and rumours were at a fever pitch.

Meghan wore a dazzling royal blue midi dress by Jason Wu – one of the Duchess’s favourite designers – and while the cut was modest, the shape of the dress had royal watchers speculating a pregnancy due to her fuller figure.

It was also at Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank’s wedding that Meghan’s outfit was the source of a very active rumour mill.

Her Givenchy outfit of choice led to a very convincing theory that she was indeed with child.

The navy blue ensemble, while was absolutely stunning, was fully-covered by a matching coat, which the Duchess kept buttoned even when entering St George’s Chapel.

In another telling clue, throughout the ceremony doting husband Prince Harry seemed extra affectionate towards his wife and was pictured placing his arm over her shoulders in warm embrace.

When Meghan and Harry touched down in Australia for their tour, the Duchess was spotted carrying two very suspicious folders.

Despite the long-haul flight, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex looked fresh-faced and beaming ahead of their whirlwind royal tour of Australia, Fiji and Tonga.

Many eagle-eyed fans were quick to point out that Meghan once again opted to wear a bulky overcoat.

But it was the strategic placement of two large folders across her stomach that sent the pregnancy rumours into overdrive…and alas, we were finally right!

So now that we have all of this information, it’s safe to say there’s a royal baby on the way… in March. Or April. Or May 2019!
