Duchess Catherine’s incredible new passion

Mum-of-two, future Queen and now an accomplished artist, Duchess Catherine of Cambridge has found a brand new passion.

There are not many hats, or tiaras rather, that The Duchess of Cambridge doesn’t wear and after fevered speculation that she is retreating from her social life, it seems the young royal has found another way to fill her spare time.

According to the Mail on Sunday the mum-of-two has spent parts of her summer in the picturesque gardens of Anmer Hall drawing detailed portraits of her kids Prince George and Princess Charlotte.

The publication reports that because little George is notoriously fidgety, Catherine has drawn the pencil-work portraits from photographs.

The 33-year-old has showed off her works to a few very close pals in her selective circle where they reportedly urged her to present them in the National Gallery where she is a patron.

The Duchess, who is famously modest, is said to have laughed off the suggestion – however we’ve seen her show off an artistic flair before when the mum-of-two personally took the official photographs of Princes George and Princess Charlotte.

Catherine’s next official engagement will take place on September 17 at the Anna Freud Centre.

However, it won’t be long before England’s future Queen will be back at work though, with Kensington Palace confirming The Duchess will be making an official visit to the Anna Freud Centre on September 17.

“The Duchess to visit the Anna Freud Centre @afcevents on 17 Sept to see their work in children’s mental health care,” revealed the Palace via Twitter.

The stunning royal will visit the centre as part of her campaign to encourage the public to focus more heavily on children’s mental health.
