When it comes to royal style, one often thinks immediately of Duchesses Catherine or Meghan, but a recent occurrence has us pitting another royal in first equal place.
Indeed none other than Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall is already quite the stylish muse for many, but her latest ensemble has us all cheering for its very unexpected appeal.
Hosting a reception for Ebony Horse Club at Clarence House on Tuesday, Camilla opted for a rather fetching dress that caught our attention even more so than the sizeable horses that graced the suave location.
Indeed the 71-year-old chose to wear an A-line flowy black and white dress that featured a very cool detail – a bold retro print.

We can’t help but applaud this look on the royal, she’s pulled it off seamlessly!

The horse has been with the Ebony Horse Club charity for three years and has been one of many friendly horses that have helped young horse-lovers to learn to ride.
The reception also included a number of Ebony’s young programee’s, as well as alumni and supporters.

Taking to Instagram, Clarence House shared some highlights from the day with fans – many of whom lamented Camilla’s choice in garb.
“She will truly make a beautiful Queen consort one day,” wrote one.
“Love her dress!” Another commented.
Meanwhile, one fan commented on Camilla’s knack for handling the animal, saying: “She handles that horse like a pro!”.
