In a very unexpected and odd turn of events, Bachelor in Paradise alum Leah Costa has taken aim at Bachelorette star Ali Oetjen over her appearance.

In a series of cruel comments that have since been deleted, Leah responded to a fan on Ali’s personal account, when they suggested that she was right to kick Nathan Favro out of the mansion for spreading rumours.

“He soon deserved to go, her past is none of his business full stop let alone to talk about with the other guys, he already showed he had no respect for her [sic],” the fan wrote.

“She has no respect for herself,” Leah responded, before the claws really came out.

“I’m guess you two don’t get along?” Another user commented.

“We did until @grant_kemp rang me devastated the fake innocent stepford wife thing is sad. You are what you are so own it.[sic]” Leah responded.

Ouch.

In the series of comments reported by Mamamia, the 24-year-old then went on to attack Ali’s appearance.

“Haha what am I jealous of the plastic in her face/t – – – or the fake personality?”

A group of texts were leaked the night Ali’s season of The Bachelorette premiered and released by the Daily Mail, Leah was front and centre in the drama.

“You called Leah?” Ali allegedly wrote.

“I didn’t even think you were on speaking terms with her. How could you. I’m a good person and you want to run me.[sic]”

“Oh – – – – off, I walked in on you getting —– by my homie in my own house. I’m about to block you,” Grant wrote back.

He was of course referring to that stair scandal between Ali and his flatmate.

Back in May, just days after the announcement was made that she would be Australia’s newest Bachelorette, the direct sales manager was accused of cheating on the American BIP intruder.

According to Woman’s Day, Grant and Ali broke up because of the proposition of a ‘threesome’.

“Ali travelled to LA to see him after the show, because she was considering moving there and really thought it was going to work out,” a source says.

“But he tried to make her have a threesome with one of his mates and so she got scared and came running home.”

But after the news broke, Grant came out swinging and accused Ali of cheating on him with his housemate.

As Grant continued to throw the punches, Ali was inundated with hate.

She was branded a cheater and a liar, as thousands of fans even demanded she have the opportunity to look for love on the show revoked.

Ali and Grant’s Bachelor in Paradise co-stars appear to be less than impressed by the shock rumours.

In messages posted on the contestants’ group chat page, Florence said she was “speechless”.

Meanwhile Lisa Hyde – who broke up with Luke McLeod after he cheated on her after Paradise – sniped, “Ali and Luke should hook up and cheat on each other.”

The text messages speak for themselves…

While the focus has of course been on Ali, Leah has certainly had her fair share of drama.

Back in 2017 when she was competing for Matty J’s heart, Leah was outed as a topless waitress by her fellow contestants and asked to leave in one of the most hypocritical moments in Aussie TV history.

But it was her engagement hoax following her appearance on Bachelor in Paradise that caught everyone’s attention this year.

Rumours circulated that Leah was engaged after she was spotted with some very noticeable bling on that finger. While Leah neither confirmed or denied the news, she admitted she was in a happy relationship shortly after the show wrapped.

But in a now deleted Instagram post, she confessed that the whole thing was a publicity stunt to prove how the media sensationalises everything.

“In an era of fake news and ‘unreal’ TV we are all constantly left questioning what to believe. Editing and manipulation are often highlighted when we are discussing [sic] the media. But what about the power of suggestion?” She wrote.

“This is the most important, because without actually saying anything, you can position individuals to create and accept their own version of the truth. We have seen this done in countless political campaigns, wars, media and now reality TV.”

Hmmm, keep on keeping on, Leah!
