Ali Oetjen and Taite Radley's Instagram feeds have been confusing many people for a while now.
In fact, ever since the fateful finale when Ali chose Taite over Todd King, their socials have been flooded with lovey dovey posts of the pair frolicking in the ocean, looking at crocodiles (?!), walks through the rainforest and a total of seventeen couple shots (on Ali's Insta alone) since November 15.
And then, there are the posts of just Ali, where she mentions how Taite makes "her feel" and how he is a unicorn in her life and how lucky she is because he makes her feel like a "magical fairy".
So why, after all of this, are we still questioning whether the couple are even together?
In a Now to Love exclusive, a source very close to the pair has some BIG news for all of you nay-sayers.
"They are 100% still together," our insider said. "And they think it's pretty funny that everyone is saying otherwise."
Eeep, the tribe has spoken! And actually, they're laughing...
While we can still see that they're a couple on Instagram and their friends are outright defending them, it doesn't mean we think that they're absolutely, head-over-heels in love like their captions would have you believe.
In fact, some would even question whether the pair are overcompensating to get free holidays, Uber Eats and free teeth whitening contracts.
Some would even say that the pair's over-the-top make-out sessions have only added to theories they're not genuine, and are just playing up their romance for the cameras.
In an interview with Woman's Day, body language expert Holly Bartter said that Ali and Taite could be faking it.
She even pointed out that Taite looked "uncomfortable" in the first few days post-Bachie finale and doesn't seem genuine in his feelings towards Ali.
"Taite definitely appears a little more camera-shy and aware of being affectionate in public, looking up when Ali looks up at him and gazing into his eyes," she said.
But despite the whispers surrounding them, Taite insists his feelings for Ali are genuine and he's in the relationship for the long haul. "I'm so happy, I found the love of my life," he gushed in a recent interview.
And Ali has also insisted their romance is the real deal. "We're very genuine people who are in this relationship and we're taking it step by step. It's a real relationship."
