It involves A LOT of secret kissing.

When we tune into The Bachelor – or Bachelorette – we know what we're signing up for: lots of romance and equal amounts of making out.
But, what happens when the cameras stop rolling?
According to Bachelorette 2019 winner Carlin Sterritt, A LOT goes on that never makes it to air.
Carlin, who found love with Bachelorette Angie Kent before their recent split, revealed there are black spots all over the mansion, away from prying cameras.

And, he adds, these well-known blackspots become well-utilised for secret rendezvous.
"[There's] the orchard, the secret place you can go to for chats and stuff... [Angie and I] macked on at so many cocktail parties," he said in an Instagram video.
"But obviously they didn't show it."

The fitness instructor went on to add that it's all but certain our current Bachie Locky would be doing a lot of secret kissing off camera.
"If you're wondering, girls, yes, Locky is macking on with many girls at the cocktail parties. It's happening. 100 per cent," Carlin says.

Carlin was the last man standing on Angie's season of The Bachelorette, with the couple going on to date until very recently.
Angie and Carlin confirmed rumours they had split on July 1.
"We have not wanted to confirm until this point because there have been much bigger issues going on in the world and we've both been taking space to think about what we really want," Angie said on Instagram before apologising to "invested" fans.
"I appreciate everyone's concern and the investment that many of you made into the show and our story, but this is real life and we both need privacy and time to heal."
