Roula may have been booted from My Kitchen Rules, but she’s hoping to be back on TV before long.

The feisty 34-year-old, who was eliminated last night along with her friend and teammate Rachael, says she’d happily accept a role on Home And Away.

“I don’t know about my acting skills, but if that opportunity came up, I would hand-down 100 per cent be saying, ‘Put me on,'” she tells TV WEEK.

She says she’d have no problems if the role called for her to wear a bikini.

“I go to the gym every day. I’m bikini ready.”

Roula says she’d be also happy to do another reality show, depending on what it was.

“I wouldn’t do another food reality TV show, but I’d be more than happy to go in the jungle [on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!]. I’m not really a celebrity yet, but I’d like to be.”

But most of all, Roula would love to do a show aimed at kids.

“Some sort of kids’ show like Totally Wild,” she explains. “Totally Wild, Roula-style, minus any swearing.”

Before going on MKR, Roula did a TV presenting course. Having worked in real estate and also as a nanny, she now feels totally ready for a job change.

“I would absolutely love to get into some sort of TV presenting,” she says.

“Now, with all the confidence from MKR, and all the cameras and everything, I feel like I’m ready to start a new career.”

Looking back over her time on the show, Roula says she has no regrets – or almost none.

“Probably the only thing I regret is not cooking the way I cook at home. Sometimes if you’re at home it doesn’t look so good on the plate but it tastes amazing. I should have just made it taste better than it looked.”
