We are one week away from Celebrity MasterChef, and if you thought you were excited, well, Rebecca Gibney is going to take your anticipation to the next level.
The Back To The Rafters star has taken to her Instagram to share a slew of quite adorable photos from throughout filming.
Her post featured snaps with fellow contestants Tilly Ramsay (yes, Gordon Ramsay's daughter), TV and radio personality Chrissie Swan, comedian Dilruk Jayasinha and football legend Archie Thompson.
Other celebrities starring this season are fashion designer Collette Dinnigan, singer Dami Im, ex-Olympian Ian Thorpe, Offspring actor Matt Le Nevez, and AFL player Nick Riewoldt – that's a lot of celeb power.
Rebecca also shared a lengthy tribute to her time on the show, and she gave fans a sneak peek into what is to come.
"This time next Sunday I walk through the famous MasterChef doors with these glorious humans. None of us knew what we were getting ourselves in to and I am so so grateful to each and every one of them for the hugs, the laughs, the tears and the joy," she began.
She continued to reveal the series' positive impact on her life and why she's looking forward to watching herself on reality television.
"They are all incredibly open hearted funny kind beautiful people and I can't wait to relive what was truly one of the most extraordinary experiences of my life (for a whole bunch of reasons!) Thank you @karzimacca , Marty , @fooderati , @zonfrillo , @andyallencooks and the incredible team at @masterchefau for letting me come to play. 🙏🏻♥️ .
" I reckon it might be pretty good tele 😉And I can't wait to watch…I think 🤞…@masterchefau @channel10au #nextsunday ( and Melbourne - I LOVED being back in my old home to film this. Still one of the best cities in the world ♥️)," she finished.
Her co-star Chrissie Swan commented below the 56-year-olds post, "Gosh, it was SUCH A MAGICAL TIME! 😍😍."
Rebecca responded to Chrissie by replying, "@chrissieswan I would go back and do it all again in a heartbeat! And I met you!! #thebest ❤️."
Former AFL player Nick Riewoldt also commented on the post, and he wrote, "Take me back!!! ❤️."
The celebrities of Celebrity MasterChef seem to have had the best time on the show, and the spin-off is already looking like perfectly wholesome television before it has even begun.
