She might not have every confidence that her union with TV hubby Dean Wells is going to last, but Married At First Sight bride Tracey Jewel is not short on body confidence!

The 180cm-tall mum-of-one is totally comfortable in swimwear – and so she should be!

Tracey’s worked hard for a figure a supermodel would be proud of, but freely admits a breast enhancement and regular Botox and lip filler top-ups maintain her enviable look, too.

“I’m pretty dedicated in eating right and working out,” says the 34-year-old author.

“But I also like a fried chicken treat every now and then, too. You’ve got to live!”

Tracey is one hot mama!

You look incredible rocking a swimsuit! What do you do to keep fit and healthy?

Like most mums, fitness is usually way down on the to-do list, but in the past couple of years, especially since my marriage ended, I’ve made it a number-one priority for me.

I want to feel – and look – as good as I possibly can. I go to the gym three times a week, I work out with my personal trainer twice a week, and I also do Pilates twice a week.

I’m a routine girl and never miss a session. No excuses!

The 34-year-old is confident in her own skin.

Have you always been fit?

I’ve never been a big girl and I’m lucky I’ve always had a fast metabolism and kind of gotten away with eating what I want.

But now I’m in my mid-thirties I’m a lot more dedicated about it.

But you lost weight while you were filming MAFS, right?

Yes! I usually weigh around 66kg, but I dropped down to 59kg.

There’s a lot of late nights, early starts and it was pretty stressful, so I didn’t really feel like eating.

Tracey has made fitness a priority for her.

Have you always been body confident and happy in your own skin?

Yeah, 100 per cent! I’m tall and, rather than be self-conscious about that, I think you’ve got to own it.

But I also think, for me anyway, it’s important to look as good and feel as good as I possibly can for my age.

I don’t mind being 34 and I’m not trying to look like I’m 20 – but I want to look as good and feel as fit as someone in their twenties, if that makes sense.
