Why Tracey cannot be friends with Dean after those texts

It seems a picture does tell a thousand words, when sent via SMS.

On last night’s explosive reunion episode, Tracey Jewel was still proclaiming to be besties with her former “husband” Dean Wells. Sure, she admitted to the existence of texts. And her new love interest, that other former MAFS hubby Sean Thomsen, got mightily angry about these texts. But still, at the end of the dinner, Trace and Dean were still friends.

Not today. As Tracey and Sean do the media rounds this morning on the eve of the last episode of Married at First Sight, she has admitted that she is no longer friends with Dean. And it seems those “inappropriate texts” were a major reasons for the de-friending.

Talking to Kyle and Jackie O on KIIS FM this morning, Tracey and Sean revealed a bit more about what was actually in those texts – and let’s say it was more than words.

Tracey has admitted that she is no longer friends with Dean.

In a dialogue that disturbingly included the term “blow-by-blow”, we learnt that Dean was sending texts – and photos – of his new dating exploits.

“He was just filling me in on some of the girls he was seeing and I don’t need to know that information,” says Tracey.

“I obviously told him that Sean and I were together out of respect,” continued Tracey. “So he would come back about the types of girls… He liked to keep me up to date with what he was doing.”

After more probing it was revealed that these texts included pictures of his dates – who Tracey described as getting progressively “younger and hotter”.

NW revealed before last night’s jaw dropping dinner party that Dean had been sending Tracey inappropriate texts. Although NW’s insider – who has been shown to be quite reliable – said the women ion the photos were not clothed but naked. The NW story also said that Tracey replied with equally flirty messages.

“He was just filling me in on some of the girls he was seeing and I don’t need to know that information.”

On last night’s show Dean claims he’s still he and Tracey still text every day, which enraged Sean.

“Trace and I have been through a lot together. And now we have a strong relationship as friends and he can’t handle that. I think he’s jealous,” Dean boasted at the dinner party.

When Sean and Dean have a man-to-man at the dinner party, Sean accuses Dean of bombarding Tracey with inappropriate texts. The exchange doesn’t end well with Sean storming off yelling profanities at Dean.

Later Sean quizzes Tracey about how often she texts Dean, and seems to be not happy with her ambivalent reply.

But today none of that matters presumably anymore as the self-help author has vowed to sever all ties with her ex.

“There is no need for me to have Dean in my life anymore,” the reality star said to The Daily Telegraph.
