Following the baby announcements of the reality show alums, Zoe Hendrix ans Alex Garner, and more recently Susan Rawlings, MAFS season three wild child, Craig Keller has announced he’s becoming a dad!
Father-to-be Keller had a failed MAFS marriage to Nicole Heir in Season 3 of the hit show.
Keller, who was married to Nicole Heir on Season 3 of Married at First Sight, shared the happy news on Instagram. The former reality TV star posted a snap of he and his fiancee Katie holding hands while gripping a red pair of baby Adidas sneakers.
“I AM GOING TO BE A DADDY. It is with uncontainable excitement that my beautiful fiance @katmart.0.0.7 and I would like to announce there is a baby Keller on the way. We could not be more excited to share the news with everyone,” he wrote.
Keller’s MAFS marriage to Nicole ended bitterly, but since the show, he has been living a much quieter life and has found love with his childhood sweetheart, Katie.
“I’ve got a new girlfriend, a new job as a youth worker and I’m starting my own clothing line,” he proudly shared with NTL last year.
The reality star is now engaged to Katie and clearly smitten. “I’ve known her since school and about six weeks ago we ran into each other and hit it off. We’ve spent every day with each other since,” he said.
The bub will be Keller’s first child, but Katie’s third. The former MAFS star credits the show for giving him a newfound sense of maturity which has helped him to ease into his role as step-dad to Katie’s kids.
“It taught me how to treat women better and how to date properly because I never got to do it in the navy. I owe a lot to it.”
In a recent social media post, Keller promised to be the best dad he could to Katie’s children, Harry and Evie.
“I absolutely love you two with all of my heart.i may not be your father but I promise to be the best dad I can possibly be,” he wrote.
Keller and Katie plan to reveal the gender of their baby on Thursday this week.
