She already looked trim, taut and terrific before heading into Dancing With The Stars. But Olympia Valance has revealed to TV WEEK that since joining the show she’s in the shape of her life!

“My body has never looked so good and I’ve never been this fit,” the star explains.

“I train regularly, but this has just taken me to another level. We [she and dance partner Jarryd Byrne] train and rehearse five hours a day, so it’s a lot of crazy cardio and I’m sore every day, but it’s paying off. I feel incredible.”

The former Neighbours and Playing For Keeps actress also says that since signing up for the reality dancing show, she’s dropped several kilos.

“I’ve 100 per cent lost weight since Dancing With The Stars started,” the 26-year-old says. “It’s no surprise dancers have the best bodies in the world.

“I don’t know how much weight I’ve lost, but I can feel it in my clothes; I can see it.”

Olympia reveals she’s lost several kilos since beginning her dance training.

Even in these early stages of the competition, Olympia’s smooth dance-floor moves have wowed viewers. Her actor boyfriend Luke Bracey is just as admiring.

“He was there on the first night and was really impressed,” she says. “I’ve never danced before in my life, so he was really proud.”
