When Dancing With The Stars announced it would be returning on Channel Seven with a special All-Stars edition Bec Hewitt was at the top of our wish list of returning talent.

Lucikly for us that wish has come true with Channel Seven confirming the former Home And Away stars return on Instagram earlier this week.

Now, we’ve had our first, albeit brief, glimpse of the beloved star’s return in a new teaser, above.

It’s been 16 years since Bec’s DWTS appearance.

“She hasn’t been seen on television in 16 years. Now, only one could bring Bec Hewitt,” the voice over says.

In the clip we see Bec’s Home And Away character Hayley walking down the aisle before we see a set of heels walk across the dance floor.

Bec appeared on the reality series’ first season back in 2004 where she took out the title.

The star was spotted at rehearsals before confirmation of her return.

The mum-of-three’s return to the dance floor was first confirmed by Woman’s Day after Bec was spotted at rehearsals for the show.

In exclusive first pictures, the 37-year-old, was spotted sneaking into The Space Dance & Arts Centre in Melbourne recently, all but confirming swirling rumours she was set to appear in the Seven reboot.

This marks Bec’s first major step back into prime-time TV since taking the DWTS crown in 2004 alongside professional dance partner – and model Rachael Finch’s husband – Michael Miziner.

Bec rose to fame on Home And Away.

For years, Bec put her career on hold to sit on the sidelines and cheer on tennis player husband Lleyton, 40.

However her love for dance has never waned, and she’s encouraged her daughters Mia, 15 and Ava, 10, to pursue dancing as well.

Bec will be competing against already confirmed stars Ada Nicodemou, 43, Tom Williams, 50, and Fifi Box, 43.
