Big Brother VIP star Luke Toki had a heated exchange with Dayne Beams when confronted over his epic blindside of Matt Cooper.

In the season’s second eviction, Survivor fan favourite Luke convinced several housemates to turn on Matt and ultimately send him home.

Still reeling from the blindside of his closest friend in the house, Dayne and Luke clashed in the aftermath of the shock eviction, with the former AFL star dubbing it “the ultimate betrayal”.

Luke tried to smooth over the situation with Dayne in the bedroom, but the explanation behind his move wasn’t received well.

“Big fella. For me, [it’s just a] game,” he told Dayne. “I played two seasons [of Survivor] but never do I like to ever feel like someone is in this house feels like they’re now alone.”

When asked what Luke told Matt in the leadup to the eviction, the father-of-three admitted he didn’t inform him his head was on the chopping block.

“Of course I told him I’m not going to vote for him,” Luke said.

“That to me is just bottom of the f–king barrel.”

A visibly frustrated Dayne shot back: “Do you have morals, man? Would you do that in the real world? I don’t have any issues with Matt being voted out it’s the way he was voted out.”

Luke responded that “everyone has their own way of moving forward in the game,” before Dayne pleaded with him to be upfront if he plans on targeting him next.

“I don’t play like that,” Luke responded.

Dayne hit back: “That to me is just bottom of the f–king barrel.”

Luke acknowledged Dayne was allowed to have his opinion, but disagreed that his gameplay lacked morals.

“This is a pressure cooker, we’re in a Big Brother house, it’s happened to me hundreds of times in the game,” he said.

“The last season [of Survivor] I made it all the way to the end and got screwed over and I had a daughter that was sick at home bro. It was the worst feeling in the world.”

Dayne argued that Luke could have plotted to vote Matt out but been honest with him about it, but the 35-year-old disagreed.

“It doesn’t work like that, because it can screw your plan up,” he said.

Dayne responded: “Here’s my plan, next eviction you all put me up [for eviction] and I get the f–k out of here. Can youse do that?”

Luke acknowledged that Dayne was allowed to have his opinion, but disagreed that his gameplay lacked morals.

Their tense words come after Matt claimed to Woman’s Day that Luke “swore on his kids’ lives” that they had a strong alliance to keep each other in the game.

“What kind of bloke does that, to me that is the worst thing you can do,” he says.

“I’m not bitter because I left the show, its just the way they went about it. Why rub my nose in it. If you want me out, I wouldn’t have cared if they just said ‘I’m going to vote for you’ and I would have said ‘sweet, no dramas’. But don’t come to me and lie to my face.

“That’s next level. You don’t do that to someone. That’s just being an a–hole.”
