He was left broken hearted and in tears when leading lady Sophie Monk dumped him on The Bachelorette Australia last year.
But it seems Jarrod Woodgate has finally found love, thanks to Australia’s first ever season of Bachelor In Paradise.
“I’ve never felt so good – I’m in such a good place right now,” the 32-year-old vineyard owner declares just months after breaking up with the former Bardot star.
In fact, things are so peachy right now, he says a proposal could be on the cards.
“I’m up for it [marriage],” he explains. “I just need that special person.”
There are rumours Jarrod has fallen in love with former The Bachelor Australia beauty Keira Maguire after meeting on set in Fiji.
But a new Bachelor in Paradise trailer suggests Ali Oetjen, with her startling similarities to Sophie, could be at the receiving end of Jarrod’s affections.
“She’s got the eyes, the smile and just stupidly hot,” he gushes in the teaser.
However, there is one person he hopes he won’t bump into – Blake.
“He was a tool to me on my season of The Bachelorette,” Jarrod declares.
“But I’m looking forward to catching up with other cast members from previous seasons.”
