She may have been unfairly dubbed a stage-five clinger during her time on The Bachelor – having had history with Bachie Nick Cummins before going on the reality show – but Cassandra Wood certainly appears to be embracing the title since leaving the mansion!
“Hi, I’m Cass… and I was the stage-five clinger from Nick’s season of The Bachelor,” she joked during her introduction on Bachelor In Paradise. Awkies!

However, it seems that the nickname could be justified after all, as sources tell us the 24-year-old is already absolutely smitten with her fellow BiP contestant, Richie Strahan.
“I find him pretty attractive,” Cass admits of the former Bachelor star.
And while she’s keeping coy about the island romance for now, only teasing that she can see herself “falling for this guy” on the show, insiders say the blonde bombshell is already head-over-heels!

“She is really taken with Richie, almost to the point of obsession,” tells a source of Cass – who was quick to invite Richie on a single date in their first few days in paradise.
“Cass can get a little nervous when she’s into a guy and she is certainly one skittish kitten when Richie is around!”
But while Cass seems to think that Richie is one cool banana, it seems the 33-year-old isn’t as keen. Oh, dear!
“He definitely thinks Cass is a sweet chick and they get along really well in Paradise,” tells an insider. “But she’s a little bit too full-on for him.”
