This is not a drill, people!

NW has learned that after The Bachelor casting agents pursued Married At First Sight star Ryan Gallagher, 30, to be their main man – which was shut down by Channel Nine in the end – they’ve also reached out to Ry’s co-star Nasser Sultan for a spin-off series.

Yep, in a bid to cater to their audience of all ages, they’re looking at a Bachelor-style show for singletons aged 46 and over – and NW has heard rumblings that Nasser, 51, will be handing out the roses!

“The age bracket for main shows are 23-45, so there’s scope for older people to find love on TV, too,” say an industry insider.

“Nasser’s already been working with Channel Ten on Trial By Kyle and was in talks to star on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! as well, so why wouldn’t they consider him for their senior’s romance series?”

When NW approached Nass for confirmation on the rumours that he was looking for love on TV yet again, the reality star remained cagey.

“I can’t talk about anything yet,” he tells NW. “But big things are coming for Nass in 2019 – and I’m ready to find my soulmate!”

Ooh-la-la!
