Lisa Curry — Olympic and Commonwealth Games swimming champ, new grandmother and all-round superwoman — has taken to social media to provide an update on her fast-approaching wedding to fiancé Mark Tabone.

First off, it’s happening today!

Taking to Instagram, the 55-year-old joked that her husband-to-be would soon be marrying “a granny” while also revealing that her little grandson, Flynn, would be taking a starring role at the nuptials.

“So tomorrow, Mark Tabone is marrying a granny!” she says in the clip, while gently rocking her two-month-old grandson. “And you’re [Flynn] going to come down the aisle with us, beautiful little man.”

She captioned the sweet video: “Big day tomorrow.💍👰🤵🏻💕@mark66andrew I can’t wait💕💕💕 @3hotgrannies”

Lisa announced her engagement to her Elvis impersonator beau Mark in 2016, and the duo have remained tight-lipped about their big day ever since.

In September last year, the star confirmed her oldest daughter Morgan Kenny, whom she shares with ex-husband Grant Kenny, was expecting a baby with husband Ryan Gruell.

Flynn Melchior Gruell — who was born on March 5th — made a rather dramatic entrance into the world, arriving two weeks ahead of schedule.

It was 10.30pm and the young couple from Queensland’s Sunshine Coast had been
in bed only a few minutes when the 27-year-old’s contractions started and her waters broke.

They headed straight to hospital but decided to return home after their midwife explained it could be a “couple of hours or a couple of days” before they met their baby.

Morgan – who famously danced at the Moulin Rouge in Paris before she married– barely had time to make herself comfortable, while Ryan did a couple of household chores to keep his nerves in check, before they were racing back to the hospital.

“We were in the car on the way to the hospital [for the second time] and I felt like
I was pushing him into the world,” Morgan recently told Woman’s Day.

“If we’d left 10 minutes later, I would have given birth in the car. It was a little bit scary on the way back to the hospital.”

Lisa, meanwhile, raced to the hospital to meet her first grandchild after hearing of his sudden arrival.

“I woke up in the morning to 100 missed
calls, and all of a sudden
I was a grandma. I cried,
of course, he was just so adorable and content, and Morgan was so content. He had his eyes open when he was eight hours old, and was looking around at us with such interest. He’s beautiful.”

We can’t wait to see more from the lovely family!
