It’s a Bachie baby boom!
Fan favourites Sam and Snezana Wood have added another addition to their growing family and we couldn’t be happier for them!
The couple, who met on The Bachelor in 2016, took to Instagram to share their exciting news – and if you thought their pregnancy announcement was cute, you have have to see the gorgeous new posts.
“Yesterday on the birthday of my Mum we welcomed Charlie Lane Wood,” Sam wrote on Instagram.
“There were tears, @snezanawood you are my everything and my love and admiration for you somehow only grows stronger. The last 30 hours have been magical “
Snez also took to Instagram to share the news, writing: “💕Another beautiful little girl to drive Daddy crazy. Charlie Lane Wood you are a little drop from heaven 💕”
Charlie Lane is the second child for the couple, after the birth of Willow Wendy Wood in October 2017 and the third daughter for Snez, who has another daughter Eve, 14, from a previous relationship.
And while Eve may be a step-daughter by biological means, Sam doesn’t see it that way.
Speaking with Now to Love in May, Sam gushed about his growing family and how Eve is just as much his daughter as Willow.
“I never call myself Eve’s ‘step-dad’,” Sam revealed at the time. “I am Eve’s dad. That’s how I feel. That’s how I act.”
Sam says Willow’s addition in October 2017 “has made our family even more real.”

The heartwarming news was shared via Instagram stories, after eagle-eyed fans spotted Snez’s growing baby bump in a previous photo.
“I know that a lot of people do beautiful reveals of baby genders… and they’re having a baby… Don’t get me wrong, I think that’s super, super cute. And maybe because this is number three, we’re not going to as much effort anymore. So this is our reveal,” Sam explained in a candid home video, before panning the camera to Snez, who was hiding out in the pantry with a big grin on her face.
This is Sam and Snez’s second child together.
(Image: Instagram @snezanawood)“When she’s pregnant, all she eats is breakfast cereal… Coco Pops, Corn Flakes,” the former Bachelor quipped, before adding: “We are very excited to announce in this very weird way on Insta story, that we are having another baby!”
“The reason we are revealing now is because we just did an Insta and about 500 people went ‘Oh my god Snez, are you pregnant? I think the cat is out of the bag,” Sam laughed.

Sam says he is so excited to have another girl and can’t wait to add to his beautiful family.
“I’ve just got this house full of girls, nothing is gonna change. It’s just me and the dog representing the boys. But you know what? It’s such a nice place to come home,” he told Now To Love.
This down-to-earth family are more at home “eating cereal on the couch” and spending time together outdoors, rather than heading out to events like their Bachie counterparts, and it’s this wonderful family dynamic that their fans just can’t get enough of.
And one thing is for sure, we are so delighted for Sam, Snez, Eve, Willow and the newest addition to their family, little Charlie Lane!
