We know first-hand how overwhelming it can be to choose the best products for your baby. Which is why the 2018 Mother & Baby awards seek to make it easier, helping Aussie mums find the best buys for their bubs.

Now in their seventh year, the awards highlight the best products in the baby care industry, from nappies and wipes, to big ticket items such as cots, cars and family holidays.

The Mother & Baby award rosette signals that a product has been exhaustively tried, tested and voted the best by real mums, and given the tick of approval by a panel of experts.

Fisher-Price Baby Dome, $139.95, is a play space and a comfy napping spot. A canopy protects from sun and bugs, so the dome can easily be used outside too. It folds flat, with handles for transporting with ease.

BabyBjorn Travel Cot, Black Mesh, $395.95, easily sets up in one movement and then simply folds back up for storing away in the carry bag. The soft mattress ensures bub is snug and the airy design allows you to keep an eye on her. The travel cot is suitable from newborn and up to approximately three years, and weighs just 6 kg (including the carry bag).

Phil&Teds Traveller Bassinet, $69, is a newborn accessory for the Traveller Cot. Suitable from newborn up to when baby can roll, the bassinet brings your baby high and closer to you. Lightweight at only 2.9kg and portable for travel as everything fits into a handy carry bag.
