Who Dares Wins star, Tania Zaetta is fully embracing her "miracle pregnancy", and we can't get enough.

The 48-year-old model and television presenter isn't slowing down at 27 weeks pregnant with her twins, sharing her bump workouts online to her 57k Instagram followers regularly.

Currently on a babymoon with partner, 35-year-old Chris Rogers, Zaetta is looking tanned, fit and relaxed as she enjoys the pregnancy that she wasn't sure was ever going to happen.

When she and Rogers began their baby journey three years ago, Zaetta was shocked to discover that she had left it too late to have a baby naturally.

"It's very confronting when you hear the number and quality of your eggs is quite low at 45. But there were so many woman claiming miracle babies at 45, I just thought it would happen quite easily," Zaetta shared in a Woman's Day exclusive.

After the emotional struggle that saw her come to terms with that heartbreaking information, with an always supportive Rogers by her side the star began her search for an egg donor to help make her motherhood dreams come true.

Zaetta says she made the decision after reading about comedian Mary Coustas and TV star Sonia Kruger's fertility challenges and their joy after giving birth to their daughters, at 49, with the help of donor eggs.

"That was a game changer for me and it helped with my decision," said the Aussie star.

"I really resonated with Sonia's story because, like me, she is very fit and healthy, yet she was very open with her story and in reminding women you're only born with a certain amount of eggs – and they expire."

And it worked. Despite very few women over 45 falling pregnant this way, Zaetta and Rogers discovered, just two weeks after the procedure, that they would be parents to not one, but two babies who are due in late September.

Tania has been very publicly sharing her journey in the hope that it inspires others in the same situation she found herself in and we're loving it.
