Aussie singer Natalie Imbruglia welcomes her beautiful baby boy

Australian sweetheart, Natalie Imbruglia is a mum!

The 44-year-old former Neighbours star made her happy announcement on Tuesday, letting the world know via her Instagram account that she had welcomed her first child, a sweet baby boy named Max Valentine Imbruglia.

Alongside a daring image of little Max clutching her thumb, Imbruglia shared: “Welcome to the world.. Max Valentine Imbruglia 💙 My heart is bursting #myboy”.

The Torn singer shared the news of her pregnancy back in July.

“For those of you who know me, this has been something I have wanted for a very long time,” Natalie captioned the post.

“I’m blessed that this is possible with the help of IVF (in vitro fertilisation) and a sperm donor,” before adding: “I won’t be saying anything more on that publicly.”

The pregnancy announcement came after news that she had also signed a record deal with music powerhouse BMG.

“There is another announcement…(no I haven’t swallowed a watermelon).”

“I’m so excited about this next adventure… a new album and I’m going to be a mum! 🎶🤰🏻🎉😍❤️✨” she wrote.

The 44-year-old was most recently linked to photographer Matt Field, however has dated a slew of celebs including David Schwimmer, Lenny Kravitz, Coldplay’s Chris Martin and of course, was married to Daniel Johns from Silverchair from 2003 to 2008.

However, an Instagram post in May, was accompanied by the hashtag #allthesingleladies and we must say, we couldn’t be happier for her!

Natalie shot to fame when she released the worldwide hit Torn from her debut album Left of the Middle.

She also starred on Neighbours in the 90s and appeared as a judge on X Factor in 2010.
