Prepare to be blown away because Junior MasterChef is returning to our screens and bringing with it an exponential amount of talent in the tiniest of packages.
MasterChef Australia announced earlier this year it would be reviving the Junior edition of the show, which was last produced in 2011 after two seasons on air.
Now, Channel Ten has released the first sweet-as-pie teaser for the upcoming season.
And, fans may have noticed a familiar face amongst the talent cohort of mini chefs.
MasterChef season 10 winner, Sashi Cheliah’s 11-year-old son, Ryan, appears in the promo and looks set to wow the judges.
Ryan is taking after his dad.
(Channel Ten)Describing just one of the incredible dishes we know we’ll see from the young superstar, Ryan tells the judges he’s cooked: “chicken that’s been marinated in Chinese/Malaysian flavours”.
It appears Ryan will be following in his dad’s footsteps, also taking inspiration from Indian, Singaporean and Malaysian cooking.
Sashi’s wife and two kids appeared on set during his time on the show.

“I’m doing what I love: cooking for a living. What more can I ask? It was one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life.”
“I’ve watched the show for a long time and it’s been a family favourite since we came to Australia,” he says.
“It [winning] meant a lot for me and my family. The show has motivated people like me to achieve my dream.”

Following his MasterChef success, it’s no surprise Ryan is taking to the famous kitchen, too.
