Gogglebox Australia‘s smiliest star, Sarah Marie just has the most beautiful baby shower to celebrate the upcoming birth of her and husband, Matty Fahd’s first baby.
The mum-to-be was positively glowing in a champagne hued, seersucker off the shoulder dress with her glorious mane of waves crowned with an intricate golden headpiece.
And the bohemian theme didn’t end with her own styling, the event set-up itself was a whimsical dreamscape.

Taking to Instagram, the make-up artist said: “Im still on such a high after celebrating the soon to be arrival of baby Fahd at my baby shower over the weekend. I cant believe how perfect everything was and I’m so grateful for everyone who was part of it.”
Matty also shared images of the day, and praised his beautiful wife, saying: “A babyshower fit for a King. I’m so happy you had this day for yourself @sarahmariemakeup and our son, you are always so selfless in the way you take care of Bane and I, you deserved a day to celebrate you and what is to come. I love you and I bloody love this set-up.”

Matty and Sarah Marie first shared their happy news in May via Instagram. In their photo, Matty looked stoked at the prospect of a baby on the way, covering his mouth with his hands while Sarah appeared equally excited.
Blue confetti could be seen in the air in the picture, signalling the Gogglebox couple are expecting a baby boy.
Alongside the happy snap, Sarah Marie confirmed the pregnancy news, writing: “Matty and I are excited to finally announce that we are having a baby! 💙”

“After 3 months of morning sickness (which i didn’t realise actually lasts 24/7 not just in the morning), feeling sleepy all day and hormonal mood swings I’m finally starting to feel more myself,” Sarah penned.
“I know we are blessed to be pregnant and i pray for all of those out there that are trying to also start a family 🙏🏽 We cant wait to meet our baby boy 💙”Sara Marie later added the hashtags: “#babyboyfahd #comingsoon #itsaboy #werehavingababy #morningsicknessisreal”
That wasn’t the only time Sarah Marie was honest about the tricky parts of pregnancy. In July, then 19 weeks pregnant Sarah-Marie made a candid confession about her pregnancy that many mums-to-be can relate to.

“Some of us go through a phase where we feel more like a ghost in a shell, not ourselves and you can’t help feel ugly and dull.”
However, Sarah-Marie said the safe arrival of her new bundle of joy would be worth it.
“If my baby is healthy that’s all that matters, of course. But this message is more for pregnant women out there who are going through the same thing,” she penned.
“You are not alone! It’s all worth it for the blessing of a child.”
