Happy news for the Newton family as Bert and Patti welcome a beautiful new granddaughter.
The couple's daughter, 38-year-old Lauren Newton has shared gorgeous pictures of their newest addition, sweet little Perla.
Lauren shared an image of her four older children snuggling their newest sibling, writing: "Then there were 5! Welcome to our beautiful Perla Dolly Newton Welsh. We are all thrilled and she really is a doll xx"
Lauren followed that with an image of doll-faced little Perla home with the family, with the caption: "Welcome home Perla x"
Lauren is Bert and Patti's youngest child.
Perla was welcomed home by her four, adoring older siblings, brothers Sam, 11, and Monty, two, and sisters Eva, nine, and Lola, six.
Lauren shares her children with her husband of 13 years, former Olympic swimmer 42-year-old Matt Welsh.
Patti was so excited at the news of becoming a grandmother again, taking to Instagram back in July to share the happy news.
"Lauren and Matt are expecting their 5th child in December. We are all just so excited especially the kids. How lucky are we, can't wait," Patti wrote.
Lauren officially announced her pregnancy around the same time, sharing a photo of her gorgeous children alongside the caption: "Can't believe this gorgeous four will become five at the end of the year!"
"'It will be busy but wonderful. I am lucky to have some great little helpers!" she added

Speaking to the Herald Sun in 2016, Bert said his grandchildren him and Patti immeasurable joy.
"They wouldn't realise it at the moment, but they have made this one of the happiest times of my life," the then 78-year-old told the publication.
"There is that old saying, the wonderful thing about being a grandfather, or grandparent, is that you give the kids back. But in the case of Patti and myself, we don't want to."
