Becky Miles is celebrating her official due date with her daughter Billie, who she welcomed into the world nearly seven weeks early.
To ring in the milestone, the 2020 Bachelorette posted a picture from when her baby was first born as well as a recent snap and reflected on their experience in the caption.
Proud mum Becky shared this picture of herself and Becky taken in the NICU.
(Image: Instagram)“From us in NICU to us now. Happy due date baby girl 💗I was only meant to meet her today but have spent a whole 6 weeks 4 days loving our girl 😌,” Becky began.
“Oh my she’s grown so much 😭 from a little 2160grams, making us proud loving her food, you wouldn’t know she was premmie.”
Finally, the former Bachelorette revealed the special detail they shared from Billie’s birth.
“How crazy is it that she is now 3245grams (what I was born at),” she admitted. “She’s the most amazing little girl with her own personality already and the best thing I ever did do 🥰 I love being your mumma little girl 💗.”
The mum-of-one also revealed on her Instagram Stories that her placenta had caused her premature birth.
“Oh my she’s grown so much 😭 from a little 2160grams, making us proud loving her food, you wouldn’t know she was premmie.”
(Image: Instagram)“Little update for you guys. So I had my six week check for myself yesterday,” she shared in the video.
“And they sent my placenta away to figure out what the hell had happened because of all of my bleeds and then there was this suspecting there was an infection as well with my placenta.
“Because it didn’t look quite right when I birthed it, and they were like ‘Oh it doesn’t look super healthy. Anyway, it’s come back as an abruption, and it had had its day. It’d seen its day, so here you go.”
Baby Billie was born in May this year nearly seven weeks early.
