He recently rung in his eighth birthday and it looks like Ada Nicodemou’s son Jonas is following in his mum’s footsteps.
On Thursday evening, Ada, 43, posted a new selfie with her son and fans couldn’t quite believe how much he looked like the Home And Away actress.
In the sweet mother-son selfie, Ada and Jonas share a warm embrace as they smile at the camera and indeed there’s no denying just how much he’s taking after her! Jonas and Ada both share the same striking features, including big hazel-coloured eyes and warm, inviting smiles.
The new snap was quickly met with commentary from fans, pointing out just how similar the pair looked.
“Oh my goodness he looks like a spitting image of you I was shocked!!!! 😯 💓,” one person noted.
“He looks more like his mumma everyday,” a second agreed.
“Your son is adorable-his sparkling eyes & beautiful smile is so like yours – he certainly has his mum’s beauty darl xoxo,” a third said.

While she does an amazing job juggling motherhood and work, the star, who has played Leah Patterson on Home And Away since 2000, recently opened up to Good Health about the need to shatter the “having it all” fantasy.
Ada has made an effort to keep her Instagram as real and unfiltered as possible.
“I’ve always got about 10 balls in the air,” she said.
“But now I’m learning to let go. Instead of making five appointments in the day, I’ll just make one. Or rather than having a picture-perfect showroom home, I’ll let the house be messy so I can play with my son.”
The actress loves being a mum to her eight-year-old son.

“I remember there was this moment when we were going down the escalators at our local shopping centre and he was just dancing away to the music, he likes to sing and dance and he’s quite loud,” Ada told Now To Love last year.
“So I said ‘Johnas maybe just stop doing that,’ and he goes, ‘What do you mean Mum, I’m just dancing!’ And I’m like yeah just keep dancing, who cares what everyone’s thinking? If the kid wants to dance, he can dance!”
The 43-year-old is currently dating businessman Adam Rigby.
