The ~hilarious~ video shows the Wallabies player, known for his witty post-match interviews, embrace his funny side for MLA’s new video campaign in line with Nick’s new role as the “beef ambassador.”

The video helps Nick recognise his lack of “survival skills” and the winger decides to team up with a boy scout to learn some. In exchange, the sports star will attempt to improve the lad’s footy skills.

Our personal highlight from the video has to be Nick’s poetic note about being hungry: “I’m starving, I could eat the crutch out of a low flying duck,” he quips.

This is only seconded by his interesting comment about the scout’s rugby pass: “That was as straight as the Mardis Gras.”

The video is as funny as it is important, promoting the benefits of eating Aussie beef.

“Australia has the best-tasting beef in the world, and the ‘You’re Better on Beef’ platform is designed to inspire the nation to power up and be proud of their meal choices. We’re delighted that Nick’s on board. As a high-performing, health-conscious Aussie who loves his beef, he’s the perfect advocate for beef,” Andrew Howie from MLA said.

Check out the hilarious video in the player above and maybe chuck a steak on the barbie as you’ll probably be hungry afterwards!
