In rural Victoria a schoolboy came across a furry thief!
15-year-old Sam Box discovered a koala “trying to drive away” with his family’s Land Rover!

Sam quickly grabbed his camera to snap some adorable shots of the furry carjacker sitting in the driver’s seat, with his paws firmly on the steering wheel, which the schoolboy then shared with Nine News.
“We see them a fair bit here but never in the car,” Sam told Nine News.

He said he made a bit of noise so it would move on, but the friendly intruder was not afraid.
“It was checking me out as much as I was checking him out,” Sam said.
“I opened the door and he just got out and walked away.”
Sam’s dad Michael couldn’t believe it when his son showed him the photos, and you won’t either!
